High Season and Off-Season Nightly Rates:
•$3080/week during high season (the week before July 4 through the week after Labor Day). Includes upper camp: cottage and bunkhouse, Lower camp: cabin and private access to the waterfront
•$2499/week off-season. (Mid-may to July 4th and Labor Day to Mid October) Includes upper camp only (cottage and bunkhouse). The lower camp use is negotiable with an additional charge and subject to availability.
Costs for a one-week stay during high season:
Rate: 7 nights = $3080
Cleaning Fee: $200
Taxable total: $3280
Vermont tax: $295.20
Total: $3575.20
Costs for a one-week stay during off-season:
Rate: 7 nights = $2499
Cleaning Fee: $200
Taxable total: $2699
Vermont tax: $242.91
Total: $2842.91
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a $300 cancellation fee. If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before arrival, you will receive 50% of the fee paid, and if you cancel under 15 days, there will be no refund.
Deposit
We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of your reservation and the balance 30 days before your stay. If your reservation is made within that 30-day window, we will ask for the balance to be paid in a second installment 14 days before check-in.
Damage Deposit
Payment of a damage deposit of $500 (by credit card or Venmo) will be due with your final payment. If there is no need for the use of those funds to repair any damage, it will be refunded to you.
Policies
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. This is a family property and parties are not allowed. Pets of any type are not allowed.
